My buddy has a 76 Ford 4x4, 390 with a Dana 44 Front & 35" BFG Mud Terrain Tires, he keeps going through U-Joints which causes broken axles. Whats the cure?

just ask for spicer ungreasable, those are the best parts house joints you can find. not sure bout the Gold thing, i thought thats what they called their high dollar Wix oil filters?
If I remember right the gold box was the supposed best quality part. Like you can get anything from a ditributor cap to rotors and so on. Never heard of gold box u joints.
