Re: 73 mustang

Man, my dad had one like that. It was a 72.5 Mach 1 with the cobra jet special 351. It was red and black though. He'd probably still have it if that danged tornado wouldn't have totalled it for him.

Re: 73 mustang

It hurts me to look at that thing, i had a 71 Mach I with a 351CobraJet & 4spd Toploader transplanted from a `72 (as it originally came with a 351-2V & FMX auto ). They werent the most popular Pony cars of that period, but IMO had the best interior of all of them!

Unfortunately, someone stole it

Re: 73 mustang

My parents have one, it's a 71 mach1 fastback with a 351C, green with black int. It is far from that nice though, it sat in somebodies back yard for 11 years. There tryin' to get it going it runs but the fuel line is clogged, and body is rusted and paint is toast.

Re: 73 mustang

I changed my mind. I want some 37/12.50 Goodyear Wrangler MTRs! Yeah! My wife laughs at me when I tell her I'm planning on dumping about $1000 into tires one of these days.
