Hard shift t-case
I might be doing the search wrong but I didn't find this... It's very difficult to shift the BW 1345 into neutral and 4-low. Neutral used to be easy. Just replaced the fluid but it didn't help. I can get into the ranges buy going from Drive to Reverse then back again and it doesn't make any unusal noise. Once it's in it's fine. Oh, and I don't have the front shaft installed yet, just trying to get the T-case working smooth first. Is there a simple adjustment or could it be more involved. Thanks! Re: Hard shift t-case
This is just a wild guess, but the drag of the front shaft might keep that part of the t-case from freewheeling, allowing an easier shift.
