What makes a 351W-HO a HO Engine??

Hi All,

I have a 1986 Bronco with a 351W-High output. My question is... what makes it a High output engine? Cam? Heads? Manifold? Pistons? Holley 4bbls carb ( or shall I say 'Holley Gas Guzzler Carb' garbage.. holley carbs garbage).

I was told the High Output was due to more air flow in the heads. I may be wrong.
