which is better to build for performance the 302 or the 351w i have both?

Parts are cheaper and easier to find for the 5.0 Liter. You can pick up lots of goodies at Mustang Swap Meets. Or, you could add a Stroker Kit to that 5.8L and really put out some power......

I had to make the exact same decision once. After speeaking to K Bar S, the leader in early model Bronco's, I was convinced that the 351W was the way to go. With some help from them and a local machine shop I built an engine that kept me smiling for years. Good luck.
