Re: hub replacement

I decided to go with the Warn Premium hubs. What ever you do don't get the cheap plastic ones even though their half the price.

The install was easier than installing the auto locking ones when I would remove them for servicing.

Believe me your'e doing the right thing by going with manual locking hubs because I had a lot of problems with my auto locking hubs. Sometimes they wouldn't engage or I would think they were engaged but they weren't. With the manuals there's no guessing, when there locked there locked and when there not there not.

Hope This Helps,

Alex aka Bravoman

Re: hub replacement

Warn seems to be very popular. I just bought a set of the premium models.

Re: hub replacement

I've got hte Superwinch on mine. No problems. But as posted earlier, definitely get the upgraded model no matter which ones you go with. I have had rocks and sticks break or crack the plastic selector (free, lock) before.
