What size rims and offset for 33x12.5x15 Tires

I currently have a '94 Bronco with a 4" Rancho suspension lift and stock 15x7.5 Alcoa rims and would like to upgrade my wheels to 33x12.5x15... what size wheels and offset should I run to minimize excessive rock spray damage, while maintaining desert & fire trail performance? I drive my truck 20K miles on freeway and 2K offroad per year.

Any tire advice/war stories... Dunlop, Goodyear and BFGoodrich?

I would choose either an 8" or 10" wheel with about a 3 1/2" to 3 5/8" offset. The 8" wheel will keep the tires in the wheel wells, but may cause crowning with that size of tire.
