spacers or body lift

What is the diffrence between spacers and body lifts? which would be better with a 5 inch skyjacker lift? a 3 inch body lfit? or 2 inch spacers?

a body lift does just that lift the body / SPACERS are for the front springs to level a stock truck out 2 inches

I say niether. I never reccomend a body lift, they suck in every aspect. Why do you wanna do spacers with a truck thats already lifted?

I wouldn't go with spacers on your springs only because they are usually the same price as new coils, so buy 7" lift sj coils and then if you want more you could go with spacers or whiplashes 10" coils or at least I think they have them? Body lifts move at times if you go offroad alot and also come loose which means occasional tightening nuts and bolts...
