wheel swap on 86 ram

my 86 3/4 ram has 8 hole 16" wheels i already have a set of 15" wheels with 33x12.50 on them if anyone knows if there is a smaller diameter 8 hole rotor to fit my hub i think i have the rest of the parts to make the swap greatly appreciated

The 3/4 ton trucks come with 16" wheels because of the bigger rotors. They have the bigger rotors becuase they usualy weigh more and/or are used for towing, therefor need the increased stopping power. So you would not want to do this swap. Sell the tires and wheels and get some 16s

I have come over a few hill's very fast and i know i would be dead if i was driving a 1/2 ton truck with small brakes at the weight and speed of the vehicle. i wouldn't do the swap just on that. You might not think you need them till your upsidedown!!!

with the RIGHT 15 inch 8 lug rims they do fit with a little grinding of the caliper
