Body Lift on 86 Ram

I plan on helping my brother install the body lift on his truck this weekend...plenty of time off to do it.

If there is anyone that has done this lift that could give me advice on what to expect, that would be great.

These are the only complications I expect so far...
-Need to extent the fuel tank filler neck
-Relocate the radiator
-Add spacer to the Auto tranny linkage

Will the four wheel drive shifter have to be changed at all?
Any wires or brake lines that need to be extended?

If anyone has any advice, I am open. If you have done this lift, any problems that you ran into would be great to hear about.
