no more cad axles in 03\'s

I noticed that my front american axle 9.25? has no cad, theres a big axle with no vacuum lines. Usually the front driveshaft will spin manually but no more... The rear 10.5 axles pumpkin is enormous compared to my old dana 60 too.

I thought they had the 11.5" rear now? Same one the heavy GM trucks are using now? The 14FF's big brother so to speak.

So it's basically like having auto hubs, only no hubs to take off, throw away, and put Warns on?

The 11.5" are in the 1 tons, and they are real big, massive u-joints also.

Very nice truck and the color is my choice too! What does the 1 tons have for front axles, the 9:25 too? The deisels are awesome but the $5000+ extra it costs stinks unless you drive alot...

It is the same front in all the 3/4 and 1 tons yes. She is a tow rig, will be getting a 38' gooseneck so I can pull my truck and an R/C at the same time. The cummins does cost extra yes, but it is worth about the same amount extra when you go to trade it in over a gas motor.
