Need Tire Help

What is the largest tire I can put on my stock 99 dodge 4x4 without any rubbing either a 16" wheel or a 15" wheel it doesent matter.Just having a tough time trying to find a wheel and tire combination that will fit right and look right.

My 95 3/4 ton ram had 33`s with a little rub on plastic inner fender with no lift kits, but it only rubbed when you turn the wheel all the way...so I guess if you went a little smaller there should be no rubbing?? maybe a 31 or 32"?

I have a 97 Dodge 3/4 ton diesel; it has 255/85-16 Dunlop mudders on it. Stock suspension. No rubbing. Tire diameter: 33.6". Stock 6"/16" wheels.

Well if you like your 16" rims and dont want to change them put 285, 75 r16 no rubbing at all. They measure almost 33" high and 11" wide.
That is what idid and it looks great with a little added height and fills out those big fenders.

Like Ramit said, 285/75r16. i put the BFG A/Ts on. they're great. got 'em on my '99 2500.

on my 96 ram 1500 before the lift, I HAVE HAD 295/75R16BFG AT'S AND 33X11.50 16 THORNBIRDS ALL ON STOCK RIMS,THOSE OLD THORNBIRDS WOULD SURE MAKE A ROOSTER TAIL IN THE SAND, MAKES ME LONG FOR A V10 5 SPEED
