Re: OK who saw the fourwheeler cover?

Hey Daniel, send me a set of fully loaded axles please!!! I'll send you my dana 60's out of my 95 2500.
I noticed that you had to reposition the gear box down a little from stock, will I need to do that if I do get the rockwells?
Hows the new 6x6 tj jeep doing?

Re: OK who saw the fourwheeler cover?

Daniel, i'm getting more and more interested with the 2 1/2 rockwells over my dana 60's, my axles leak gear oil out of the pinions and with water getting into it and all the continueing problems with the 5:13 gear swap that i've been through i'm at the end of the line with paying different people to try to make them work!
I ordered a new 2500 v-10 to replace this one but I still want to keep the old so heres my thoughts: I want to have it built with the big axles 2 1/2 ton rockwells, I would love the truck to be as big as gravedigger and bigfoot but thats way to much money so i'll have to settle for much smaller, how much is installation for a set of axles averaging? Cost wise, whats the difference in price between leaf springs and coil springs all around? How long does a swap take from start to finish? I could try this myself but i'm not to sure of correct pinion angles and plus I only have a small welder. Thanks...

Re: OK who saw the fourwheeler cover?

Daniel, I was wondering about the differences between the 2 1/2 and the 5 ton rockwells, are they much stronger and whats the price difference? I would rather overkill in axle strength just in case I want to try to fly I'm going to give you a call soon to go over everything else. The wife is going to be having a baby girl early this coming week, the 3rd and hopefully the last! Thanks, bobby.
