bleding clutch on 98 ram

I had to change my clutch master and i cant seem to get all the air out of the system. I pulled the slave and kept pressure on it whyle my buddy pumped the clutch slowly tring to force the air to the top worked a little but there is still air in the system. I know there is supposed to be a bleader on the slave but not on my truck. Any ideas TIA

Thats weird if theres no bleeder on the slave cylinder, you could bleed the inlet line or just let the air self bleed its way out.
