Taillights & Dashboard

I lost the taillights and dashboard brightness light on my 96 Dodge Dakota. I replaced both fuses, both were burned out. The repair lasted approximatey 10 minutes. Both lights are out again but the fuses are not burned out!! Any ideas. Tks,

Re: Taillights & Dashboard

howdy / it sounds like the multi-function switch [blinker switch]on your steering column is gone / it controls power to the dash and all the lights / I would start there / good luck

Hey raminaredickson, you need that 440 rc in your attachment! Heavyduty drivetrain for your 84 ramslammer unless you like repairing it at least once a month from the stresses you put it to with those boggers... $800 don't seem to bad.
