Cold air intake?????

Has any one made or know if someone made a cold air intake from scratch.If so could you let me know about it. A buddie saw it done somewhere on line but can't find the site anymore.I have a 97 ram 1500 and don't have the $200+ for the K&N. [img]images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

Yup; home brew intakes often turn out nicer than generic ones; for any interested, I've got a sealed, unused K&N large cone filter from the FIPK Gen2 kit for sale.
