Drivetrain questions for 94-01 Rams

What axles would the following vehicles have(assume these are all 4x4's):

A-1500 series (Dana 44 and Chrysler 9.25", right?), does the stick or engine size make a difference?

B-2500 series with diesel and stick

C-2500 series with 360 and stick

How are the factory limited slips in these? I know the Eaton Gov-Lok in GM trucks sucks. I hated mine.

What transfer case and manual transmission would be in the above mentioned 1500 and 2500's have?

Not sure about the stick shifts but 1/2 is right with 231 t/c, the 3/4 gas 360 has dana 60's 241/ 241hd t/c, the 3/4 v-10 and diesel 60 front 70 rear 241hd, 3500 60 front 80 rear 241hd, the hd has a pto option.

Re: Drivetrain questions for 94-01 Rams

The limited slips seem to be fine, at least with my old one, its been replaced with 5:13's and a rear detroit locker and limited slip up front. They have either a 3:54 or 4:10 gear ratios. I'm pretty sure all front gears are open diffs, no limited slips...
