73 RAM Cross over steering ??

I'm building a 73 into a psudo rock buggy. I was wondering if anyone has put a crossover setup on a truck similar to this? How does it work... it looks like the steering output shaft is too far foreward of the axle to really work well. any links and info would be great.

Pictures of cross over on an 83, basically the same, you will have to change your steering box.

Damn nice truck, as always.
And I see that it's clean enough to eat off of too....
Wished my tired 440 was already rebuilt, leaking from every orifice possible I think.
This winter it gets a complete rebuild, per wife (my accountant). =P
Working on new Camo paint job now, not as nice a paint job as yours, but trees like it..
Keep 'em Muddy...

Thanks Mopar Mudder. I notice that you have extensions on the knuckles to move the linkage foward and over the springs, and this is exactly what I was looking for as well. I was getting worrid looking at it and noticing how far ahead of the axle the steering box was. I think this will work perfectly. Thanks a ton.
