44\'s should fit now :-)- more lift
I just bought a 5" coil spacer for $139.? through tuff country. It sits on top of my 5" skyjacker coils but has some premature spring sag due to the 2" spacer thats been on for the last 2 years. It lifted my truck 3 1/2" more up front. I put on my 42" swampers and oh what a big difference with the spacers/tire combo. The steering still needs work due to the play previously (bent output shaft on gear box and trac bar bracket play) but I guess I should buy a bigger drop pitman arm, possibly the new 6 or 8" drop.
That play caused my 42's to do the death wobble a couple times so off they went and back to the 38" thornbirds again. I can get a set of 44" fun country dick cepic tires for cheap or trade for some old wimpy 35" bf's...Maybe sooner or later. :-O :-)
