Re: idle screw?

should be the biggest screw pointing straight into the slide of the carb

Re: idle screw?

i was lookin at my carb and it says "choke" and an arrow poniting up to the choke nob thing next to where it says choke it says idle adjust and theirs a hollow(like as hollow as a pencle point) part where i think the idle screw should be. can i get just an idle screw? thanks

Re: idle screw?

I'm not sure about what you're seeing- most of the 125 mx'ers I've seen have a small idle adjust screw on left side of carb- and most have a small lock nut to hold it there, not a spring loaded one like other bikes. And I thought they usually go in at an angle pointing upwards.

Re: idle screw?

the choke knob is your idle adjust screw. YOu pull the knob for choke, turn it for idle adjust. I'm pretty sure thats the way it is on my 90 cr125.
