how do you set the valve timing on a xr 80 are there any timing marks on the crank or cam gear to line up. i belive timing is off thanks

pop off the left crank cover, where hte flywheel is. .theres a couple marks on tehre.. a t, and an f, and two other lines. . line up the t wit the mark on the inside cover, (top dead center), and the little o on the camshaft sprocket should be at the top. .
