This is bullsh!t guys. I got my bike back from the shop, they fixed it up, fixed the ignition timing. The guy said the cam chain was streched pretty far, but would be good for a while probably, didn't recommend i get one right away. For those of you WHO KNOW HOW A 4 STROKE WORKS, should know that a stretched cam chain is NOT GOOD. The guy acted like it wasn't stretched that far. I rode it around at the shop to see if it was good, it was fine. Took it home and rode it for about 15 minutes, and i am back to stage ****inng one. The timing slipped a tooth, FU(KED UP THE VALVE RYTHEM, piston hit the valve, im ****ked all over again. I think i may just sell it, don't know how much i can get out of it, i will just show people the parts list, and how much it will cost to get the new parts for it, only about 250 in new parts, but i had to get it honed and the head machined. So i don't know.
<font color=blue>UGH, I HATE WHEN THAT HAPPENS.</font color=blue>
that sux i would go bitch slap the guy who said it would work for a little and tell him to fix it bec he should have put a new chain on it to begin with if he said it was stretched. did the piston get destroyed again?
Well they should warranty thier work. And since the mechanic told you that the timing chain would last a while and didn't recomend changing it right now then the shop should be liable for the damage. Possibly when it jumped it might have bent a valve(s). Go kick some a$$!
