need help for my kx125

Hi i have a 1995 kx125 i just rebuilt the engine top end and low end. I put new crank bearings, new seals, new gaskets, and a new piston and ring. I got it all togather and it ran fine for two days and next thing you know it started to give me problems when i try to start the bike it starts up fine and thin dies out the radiator has preasher in the cap and the bike wont start up but when i take the radiator cap off of the bike it runs fine and does not die out.someone plz help me.

Cool

The only logical reason why removing the cap would affect/effect the motor running would be a failed gasket ... however that would amount to a coolant loss

take some anti freeze out thermostat may be broke try thermostat first then the anti freeze
