Any one have an old XR250 muffler insert?

Hey! any of you boys over here in the dirtbike forum have an old XR250 muffler insert, they'd want to get rid of?

Maybe you've swapped on an aftermarket muffler...

I've got this friend who bought his XR and the dude who had it before him pulled the thing out, It is loud as !

I'm getting this really for me, not for him

Thanks!

A few companys sell better inserts, that would be the better way to go

The insert is cheaper, the stock muffler fits was better than any aftermarket one and there really isnt "that" much weight savings per dollar to be had there.

Thats why

Try thumper racing. They should have an insert for it, that will offer more performance, and not be too loud. In my old thumper racing book it costs 70 bucks.

Well, to be honest, I was tryting to find a take off, relatively cheap. As a quick fix. He is planning on buying an aftermarket muffler, when he gets the $. I was just wondering if anybody had one laying around. That sort of thing, you know.

Do a salvage yard search (google), I'm sure you could find one somewhere.
