i know you guys have seen these, shorter in the front and back, have the little holes where u can put ur hands under the rear part of the seat...some ppl have told me it's cuz these fmx guys just cut there fenders, but ive seen these fenders/body kits on regular bikes too....anybody have any idea where they get them?

Re: freestyle fenders??

nah, i still say they don't cut them down (or cut the holes out) because even greg calkins (pres of my enduro club) knew what i was talkin about when i brang the subject up, i know they just don't cut them down all the time...cuz they come out all smooth, no jagged edge or anything....but hey, maybe they do cut the fenders down, but my friend mike watkins when he had his 125 ordered black fenders and side guards for it, from....acerbis i think...maybe...and they side fenders had them wholes in em...so i know they come with holes there...but i wanna know where they get shorter fenders...hell, maybe they just cut em, and make them with a perfect clean cut...lol...i know i couldn't

Re: freestyle fenders??

I did a front fender awhile ago for my old XL600.
I shortened it and sanded the edges, I started
with like 80 grit and ended up with 220 grit,
It came out nice....

Re: freestyle fenders??

Kyron how much time did it take for it to look good. Bought some plastic renew and a new seat cover for my 350x, and was wondering what I should expect?

Geeze man how many bikes do you have?

Re: freestyle fenders??

This "Plastic Renew", is it a wax or polish? Or is it a coating?
