Re: 1991 suzuki rm 125

Not sure what your doing to your bike, but when I was a kid I split the cases on a Suzuki TS 185, and sucessfully put it back together..., and it ran. I did this without a manual, probably not reccomended, I didn't have the money to buy one. Anyway, I bring this up to say that if your careful and pay attention to what your doing, for the most part, it will be pretty much strait forward. I hesitate to say that because Kyron is absolutely right, if you can get one, the manual is definately the best way to go. I got lucky and found a manual for my SV on line. Your local bike shop probably has one, or can definately get you one. Might try posting a "Wanted" card on the board at your local shop, someone might have one laying around. (I've got an old VW Golf repair manual on my shelves) Now, if your looking at a bucket full of parts and wanting to put them back together, well, that's an entirely different thing. Good luck

Or pick up a clymer manual. They show diagrams and walk you through things step by step. I have one for almost every machine I own. It will set you back about 30 bucks.

Troy Racing doesn't have the online microfiche for Suzuki up yet. It's a handy thing, but a book be the best.
