Some motorcycle shopping help

Truck + Big Tires + Engine mods = terrible gas mileage

Im looking to buy a used bike to start driving because I have to drive alot and I cant afford the gas anymore. I have been looking at used 600cc bikes, some enduros, and my neighbors CBR 1000 that he is trying to get rid of. Any suggestions..I appreciate the help

Geo Metro.

There;s really no great suggestion I can offer, other than know the bike you buy. I would probably go with the neighbor's CBR, since you probably know the history of the bike, and how well it's been taken care of. Be careful with any enduro bikes, sometimes they tend to have been ridden hard and poorly maintained.

roosters right actualy.. most bikes arent that fuel efficient... then the extreme insurance on a sport bike, tires and extra upkeep will cost you as much anyhow. a set of metro tiires probably 50 bucks for 60k miles... a sportbike tire.. maybe 100-300 bucks.. luckiy to get a fwe k if you baby them
