Re: invoice price

some places are willing bargain and some will offer discount no haggle pricing. it all depends on where you live and your relationship with the dealer. dont pay for freight or assembly and try to get dealer cost on gear/helmets or a at least a discount

Re: invoice price

Any dealer is going to be willing to help you purchase the items you need to get your son started riding.Waltzing into a dealership and asking for them to give you the lowball prices on everything just doesn't work like it does in car dealers as the profit margins on bikes are razor thin.I have worked in a couple of bike dealerships and I assure you that a good working relationship with the dealer is far more important than the lowest prices on everything. If the dealers are forced into giving everything away at low prices, they won't be dealers for very long and then when you need parts, where will you go?Most of the dealers are willing to match the mail order prices provided you factor in frieght to the price like the mail order companies do.I suggest that you look at the dealer and see if they provide some kind of training as well as just the desire to sell you the stuff.
