xr350 pics- should i keep?
well i put new mains in he carb, went up one on each carb from 112 to 115 on main and 105 to 108 on secondary. adjusted valves again and now they are set and bike is fully broken in. starts first kick. have a disc brake front end for it now along with speedo. i have to heli coil about 5 bolts in the head cause the bolts are stripped and the valve cover is leaking a liitle. other than that its runnin really good. i just want sumpin newer and will def be getting a quad before i go to west virginia to ride hatfield mcoy. I REALLY LIKE BIKES, i just hate the fact that the way tears tires to shiz. will the yz426 make a tire last longer since its a 4 stroke with a smoother hit? i like the 426 but dont want the weight. like the soft seat of the xr but and the gas only thing. it is slower though which can be good cause its some much easier to climb hills since the front end isn't lifting all the time. i like the power of the 400ex and its snappiness but is a quad. i like he low/easy maintanance and cheap parts through servive honda. i like the wr but it weighs more than the yz since the bigger tank and stuff(why does it have a coolant overflow??). i am puzzled. i wish the yz426 lost 25lbs and i would get a thicker softer seat and pick one up with a flywheel weight. i never really noticed how abrubt and aggressive the yz was till i got back on it compared to the xr. totally diff riding styles. think i am gonna hang onto the xr till early august since i will get the same amount then as i would now. and get some of my money outof it. only one person has made me a offer on the yz. im only asking 3200$ all stock. selling the other stuff on ebay. i paid twice that two years ago and i am religious with the bike. WTF. anyhow pics of the xr and rm and stuff
