have you thought about flywheel weight, that would keep the bike chugging when the going gets nasty and the speeds are slower other than that Id put a high capacity tank on it and hand gaurds. and adjust gearing to type of terrian is being raced

Re: best competition mods for a kx100

but should you really put a flywheel weight on something that small?? 1st gear is pretty slow, he could just keep in in first in the power band and put his feet down through the tight stuff, i like to put my tongue and fingers in the tight stuff, she's finally on birth control, so when i get home something else is goin in the tight stuff....wait, what were we talkin about...?

not the back hole you E-dee-it

Porting could make it better for off road, but then so would another bike.

Re: best competition mods for a kx100

actualy I had the opurtunity to spend a day on kx 100 with flywheel wait a few years back when I was alittle shorter and weighed a few less pounds.

its been awhile but that bike pulled me through some narly ruted rooted switchbacks where if I went to put a foot out Id just be rolling down the hill cause there was no place to put my feet. if I stoped or started to stab for the ground.

but thats slow going trail riding were for alot of people and xr 80 or even kdx 80 would be b etter and more fun.

but yeah they help did for me anyways
