Top End

After I rebuit my yz 250 engine and got some new reeds. I seem to be missing my top end whine that I had before 3/4 throttle and on isn't up to par. Is this the needle jet range? I changed from 300 main jet to 320 and I didn't notice that much of a diff. Could the needle be set to low or high? Which way should I go?

If it ain't broke, your not trying hard enough.

Got down to a 260 main jet before I got a tan plug!!! What's going on here? Now I have no low end. How can the main jet affect the lowend?
