Re: aite this is bothering me??

first have you checked the spark plug for proper jetting? also check the compression and engine that is losing compression will start to sputter up top..thats what my banshee was doing before it lost all compression in the left cylender

Re: aite this is bothering me??

180psi and it holds it. jetting seemed 2 have no difference w/ it. i went from a 178 main to a 160 and the same thing then i went from a 160 all the way 2 a 220 or somethin and it still did it. it has the stock pilot needle clip in middle then i put it into the top which took the hit away but it reved better and was smoother. should i got to a even leaner main than 160? thanks

Re: aite this is bothering me??

By raising the clip you drop the needle farther in the main jet, which leans the mix.

The problems you describe sound like a lean main jet. However, you already said you went richer on the main, and it had no affect.

Im at a loss.
