Chibi Mini-Trail Bike

Am interested in information, manuals and parts for a Chibi mini trail bike. Was made by Rockford and has a Bridgestone motor. Currently have a leak around the seal that is on the clutch actuator. Should this seal be put in with a sealant or is it just supposed to be a tight interference fit. Also would like to know the clutch adjustment. initial carb settings and fuel/oil mixture ratio.

Thanks in advance for any and all help
