PDF Files

Anyone know how to shrink PDF files?

Not easily done, unless you have the full version of Acrobat.
Even then, the best you can do is "optimize", which will only shrink the file size by about 10%.

Best bet....
Do you have PhotoShop?
You can open a PDF in that program, and save it as a jpeg.
Then do all the compressing to that file.
For PhotoShop:
Use, File-Open As, Generic PDF.
Set resolution to 150 pixels/inch, and adjust from there once open.

Listen to the man - he knows what he's talking about . . .

Illustrator will also open/save pdf's, but I'm guessing if you dont have Acrobat full-version, or Photoshop, then you're probably not gonna have Illustrator, either!
