Solid axle GM forum

I'd really like to see a seperate forum for solid axle (pre-87) GM fullsizes. The Commando guys get their own forum, it seems that there are probably more straight axle GM guys out there than Jeep Commando owners. The GM forum is getting so packed with the IFS crowd that the owners of the older trucks are being run off to other boards. Solid axle owners will show up, post a few times and then they're never heard from again. I honestly think that this is in large part due to the fact that the IFS crowd is flooding the board with issues that we don't care about.

Administrators - please look at the following thread also, there are more people who would like to see this happen there - http://bbs.off-road.com/wwwthreads//...collapsed&sb=5

I'm down for that, too. Good suggestion, Evan

Re: Solid axle GM forum

Yeah... a solid axle forum... that would definately be cool. IFS and SFA trucks are worlds apart.

Re: Solid axle GM forum

Agreed. There are many, many differences. It would make it much easier to chat and search for both SFA and IFS users.
