WORCS Champion Josh Frederick Injured

Motoworks/Factory Can-Am Pro Rider Josh Frederick was injured last weekend during Moto 1 at Glen Helen, ITP Quadcross. Our eyes on the ground say it was a broken Tib and Fib, they did surgery Sunday night. Out 6 - 8 weeks minimum.

Josh is a really nice guy, great dad and family man, and with this season's sponsorship by MotoWorks it looked like he was finally coming into his prime and getting the recognition he's earned. Racing full-time.

WORCS Round 6 is this coming weekend and then there is a one month break in the action - will it be enough time to recover, re-condition and then hold on for three more rounds to take his third consecutive championship?

With four rounds to go, the points race is still tight - Beau Baron is coming on, Frenchie has had some flashes of lightening, but is he running all the rounds? And Doug Eichner is still there in the mix...

1 #1 JOSH FREDERICK, MOAPA, NV 110
2 #3 BEAU BARON, ATASCADERO, CA 92
3 #5 DOUG EICHNER, ELCAJON, CA 68
4 #62 JEREMIE WARINA, LAKE ELSINORE, CA 66
5 #94 DUSTIN NELSON, RAMONA, CA 65
