450r kick back problems

anyone have any info on this.

I have broken my 3rd side casing.

doesnt that have something to dow ith twisting the throttle at the same time as kicking it?

thats what some people are saying but some times it won't start if I don't.
and I don't think I was this time.
but I would have it was a dead engine start at a gp

could be a bad batch of 450's......and u got 1 of em...

honda has the six month warranty on them for a reason...I used mine and got a whole new motor...honda has had some issues with the bike that is why they offered the warranty...try it just unrace your bike cosmetics...

my engine builder (nmotion) has found that although they are the same part # that they are different for the reduction idler gear, pocket bearing , and sidecase cover.

an update honda did but didn't mention it to anyone

got my deposit on an 06 but waiting for the kicker

new case and all hopefully not the same problem
