4 HR Team Race Feb. 27th at Goldendale, WA

There was over 200 riders last year. Here is an update for this year.

ATV team race Feb 27.NEW classes added
The 4 hour ATV race Feb. 27 looks to be the best ever. With higher moisture levels in the soil and cooler temperatures, the conditions should be less muddy at the begining and a lot less dust at the end. That is why we moved the event to February, to get away from the mud/dust cycle that quads create. The 4 hour team races are similar to last year's event with several noticeable changes. We have added a Pro team and an Ironman class. Pro team is 2 man max, Ironman is 1 man on one machine. The Pro class will be 100% payback, Ironman is a trophy class. Team sizes are: pro and expert max of 2 riders. All other team classes are maximum of 4 riders/bikes. Ironman is 1 rider on 1 bike. 99db will be enforced! 99db or the stock, unmodified system. No 110+db afterburner systems. No riding in and around the pits at all! I'm sorry, but there will be no free riding for kids on Sunday. Camping overnight is free, but there is a sound curfew at 6pm. No testing, riding or revving of motors.

Re: Team Race Goldendale, WA - Results & Pix

Will have about 500 photos posted by tomorrow (Monday) on ORC; also, if you left immed, results for Beginning, Amateur and Expert classes had changes. No protests, just had to look again at how results themselves were scored. Did change quite a few people, don't think it affected podium teams in any class, but might have. We'll post those with March 1 issue tomorrow night too. (Scott & Debbie were nice enough to give me copies, but I have to retype it all.)

PHOTOS POSTED!

Sorry they are grainier than I'd like. The quality on most is actually pretty awesome. However, when we saw the count was over 650, we dropped quality to only 70% so Dean could get them uploaded before summer. If there something you'd like a print of, or at least to see a better one of, let me know and I'll send over the higher quality one directly so you can check it out.
