Re: ATV Racing: Nevada Desert Racing Association 2003

Dean...How long do the races last in the Nevada series? I'd like to expand my racing, but if pit crews or multiple gas stops are needed thru-out the race then I would be out of luck. Most of my friends are flakes and I can't rely on them to be ready for packing up and racing. Its just me and the wife, so it would be hard to complete a race alone. Good Luck in 2003!! Re: ATV Racing: Nevada Desert Racing Association 2003

All of the NDRA races will have a single pit. We just got some more information the the first Euro-Scrambles that will be on Jan. 11'th.

Anyone who would like that information please email me at the address below.

I would be interested in participating in a couple of these events. Do they have a class for old slow guys on Raptors?

Re: ATV Racing: Nevada Desert Racing Association 2003

NDRA has an over 30 and an over 40 class. Currently they are letting kids on quads as small as 80's ride, so there are plenty of slow people to mix in with the likes of Todd Hunter and Tim Murray(Pros.)

Heres their website for anymore information you might need. http://www.go-desert.com/ndra/ndra1.html

Right now I'm running Open ATV Am. My dad (Dean) is racing o-30 ATV AM. I did ok in the first race, but the second I got sick in the middle of the race and had to pull over and wait for the leaders to finish.

The NDRA courses are typically rough and technical with a high speed wash thrown in here and there. the Cattle Rancher 100 is coming up in a couple weeks.
