Banshee or Quadracer?

Hey guys. I just wanted ur opinions. Do you think i Should get a 87 and higher quadracer or a banshee. I ride in the woods sometimes and in the dunes. I like to hillclimb but I don't want to have to put a lot of money into the quad. PLease respond with ur opinion

except when you are in tight woods, and wear out the clutch.

Re: Banshee or Quadracer?

If it were more of the woods, get the Suzuki. If more of the dunes, get the Banshee.

The sand is a power robber, so you will need all you can get.

There is no one bike made that is perfect or best in everything.

Got sand?

Re: Banshee or Quadracer?

that is a hard one cuz they are both 2 strokes....
they both have the all on or all off mentality....
My personal preference is the shee...however the quadracers are nice....

i would probably say the shee...just cuz they are more common and well....i run mine in tight weeded trails and we do just fine....It is all in the ability of the rider....i out do 4 strokes in the tight trails....if that tells you anything....

Re: Banshee or Quadracer?

I'm going with Airborn on this one , the banshee is alot stronger than the Quadracer, is has better suspention, there are ALOT more mods for the Banshee and when the rider knows what he/she is doing, it can be a real nice woods bike, and on the sand the Banshee is ONE BADASS RIDE

Ride hard, Lifes short

Re: Banshee or Quadracer?

well having both quads its hard for me to say which one would be best. i have never rode in the sand dunes, so i dont have an opinion on there, but i ride on woods trails and on MX tracks alot. my quadracer is about neck and neck with my banshee through 3rd gear with equal riders on them, then the banshee starts stretching it out the higher you go in the gears. it just all depends on how fast you want to go. the top spends of my machines are only seperated by about 10 to 20 mph with the banshee on top, but the down side to that is that when you have to rebuild it (and you will have to rebuild it cause its a 2 stroke) the banshee will cost you twice as much to build than the quadracer. if you just want to go 65-70mph and have a ball doing it, go with the quadracer. if you want to really haul balls and spend some dough doing it, go with the banshee. either way you will have tons of fun. hope this helps

Re: Banshee or Quadracer?

I do not understand why everyone is dso hellbent on having to rebuild all the time...to rebuild the top end on my shee costs roughly 200 all parts and 2-4 hours depending on if i drink a few beers hahaha....
