Raptor Mods

Three questions....

1. What is the best Pipe for the Raptor? I would really like one that adds or does not reduce the low end because some of my riding is on four wheel drive trails where you have to crawl over rocks.

2. With all the brands of Sand Paddles is there a lot of difference in the traction between them? You can find all kinds of prices but what are you getting for your money? Do they last longer?

according to what i have read (could be wrong) but the GYT-R pipe was the best at one point...and it didnt take away from it...but added all around..

Sand paddles are different for alot of reasons...one may have an extra paddle or two, which will increase traction..others have angled paddles...which will handle differently...ultimately it comes down to preference and type of riding and terrain...as far as do they last longer...last longer then what??

Re: Raptor Mods

I hear good about Yamaha GYTR and CT Racing.

As far as paddles go......I dont know that one is better than the other. I know that straight paddles are for drag racing in a straight line, and angled paddles are for cornering\all around. Also take # of paddles and paddle height in to consideration.

Got sand?

Re: Raptor Mods

I have to go with cleartoy on this one , its up to you as to what tire to get (what kind of riding are you doing)

I have the GYT-R pipe on mine it was the least expensive and as far as I can tell it works as well or better than any other out there

Ride hard, Lifes short
