LT500R

I have a 1988 LT500r Quadracer. I recently installed an FMF pipe. Since that time the quad loads up or hesitates momentarily under acceleration. It also runs rough and misses while cruising along while not under load. Any ideas why?

It runs great full out or after it initially hesitates while acclerating hard.

The only differnece between riders and animals is we arn't afraid of the vacuum cleaner.

Re: LT500R

The idle jet controls off idle to 1/8 throttle you should richen it. Needle is midrange/cruising, you should richen it by raising it. Main jet is for 3/4 and up.You say it is good on top, so it may be ok as it is. Read your plug.
