Blaster frame questions

To the best of my knowledge the blaster frame was lengthend in 1990. What is the easiest way to determine if a frame is an '89(short)
or '90+(long)?? Does anyone have any measurement specs of the two frames? Are the swing arms the same for all year blasters? Are the A arms the same?
Thank you
