well went for a ride today...couldnt go lat week cuz the nut on the devilish chain ajuster came off on the top...got a new one go to ride this weekend and the bottom one disappears...getting pissed i decide to find another nut...find one that fits from my rear wheel so i used it..yes that is kinda stupid....but my day was still going to have more fun!!! looking at rear disc and notice it looks funny...take of caliper and notice brake pads are trashed and disc is bent (probaby from when i had me junk stock stid on)...great no rear brakes today!! so i need pads and a new rear disc...OR can i get it pressed straight?? im thinking look for a used one from K&K they are waayyy to much new...anyway that was my day...

yep sounds typical, something will always go wrong. last time i took the blaster to the track the top bolt holding on the PowerCore II came out somewhere and when the silencer got hot it started to bend where the pipe goes into it, darn thing almost broke off but i got it fixed in time. my riding buddies make fun of me, but i always take tools and extra bolts and nuts when we go. tis better to be safe than sorry.

Re: blah headaches of riding!!

well right now I have the design on paper as to where the lines will be run and how I am getting the power to it. I have a 5 gallon tank that I am mounting to a 3/4 inch plywood that I cut to fit perfect in the bed of the truck. I then am running copper line from the tank to the front just inside the hood on the fender, and the other line from the T to the rear of the truck just under the bumper..both with quick disconnects...The set up for filling the tank is an addition to a pulley on the motor in order to run a V belt to a compressor that I got off an older truck that had air brakes...

Then I am mounting a tool box with all the basics and a few air tools near the tailgate on 3/4 inch plywood, and this way I should be able to do all the things I need to when I am out on the trails...either on my quads/dirtbikes or off roading with the trucks...

The last thing I am doing is I am ordering the neons for the bed of the truck...this will light the rear in the evening when you need to fix something...

hope that gives ya ideas
