uni-filter or k&n filter

i want more power for my recon
i know a filter is quick and cheap. is the uni-filter gonna give me good power or will the k&n give me more power. most of all i want premier protection. i want power but not a the cost of my motor.

yep, read the other post, but in a short story...if you want premier protection go with the UNI. i dont know how much more power the UNI gives you over stock, but it protects tons better than the K&N does. the K&N produces a few more horses than the UNI does but at the expense of engine protection. hope this helps.
