4wheel drive ATV\'s

I usually hang out on the full size chevy boards but I figured you people could help me.
I'm looking to buy an ATV to use for work and a little play.I work at a car auction so it needs to be able to haul around drop batteries,a 15 gallon fuel cell,Be able to jump a car if possible and every now and then be able to pull a small car for short distances. Any Ideas on which one I should get?

Re: 4wheel drive ATV\'s

go with the sportsman 500. The are one hell of a quad. They will work there A$$ off for you then go and play for you also. One thing if you do tow a car make sure that it is in low range.

80 cj7, 304, auto, 33" tsl swampers, 4" softride superlift, warn bellvue winch, custom front winch bumper

Re: 4wheel drive ATV\'s

Well lets see.....u want to jump cars and pull stuff. Right now I would have to say the new KAWI 650..its like 80% utility and 20% sport. The v twin will put out plenty of power for pulling and the 606lbs dry weight won't be too bad for jumping. Just my .02. My second choice would be the Magnum and third the Explorer. The Sportsman would be good but if you want to jump it weighs way to much. The rubicon just doesn't seem like a jumper

Re: 4wheel drive ATV\'s

Well if its that go with the Sportsman 500 HO. If you want a pure worker go with the King Quad or 400 Foreman

If you want to pull cars then the polaris diesel quad has the most grunt, plus the polaris line is the most comfortable quad and very easy to ride.

lets rock!!!

Re: 4wheel drive ATV\'s

in the forums people always seem to point to the polaris but many would
differ. see the polaris has a belt driven tranny and pullin alot of weight
could smoke the belt by causing a lot of slipping. I would recomend the honda
rubicon. i have put a lot of time on this machine and it is amazing. it has
pulled loads that were unbelivable. it has a hydraulic trasmission that is
ultra strong and has 3 selectable settings. 1 to keep engine in horsepower
range and 2 to keep the engine in optimal torque range for tons of pulling
power. the 3rd is a manual electronic shift setting. you can't go rong with
this machine.

Re: 4wheel drive ATV\'s

Nothing stops that Honda Rubicon, I have a Cat but I still want a Honda they are the best. They will go forever not like a belt that will burn into bits in 2 second while pulling a car. the honda will pull a house.!!
Go honda! you will not be dissapointed
