Hey I'm new to the site, have been on the Dodge site and also the snowmobile site. I've got a few questions. About ten years ago I bought a 250x with a blown engine and I stuck in a brand new 200 honda auto motor I got from the dealer for two hundred bucks.Really it came out well, not really fast but with the auto it was great for my wife. Now a buddy has a 350 x motor he wants to swap for the 200 motor. I've heard the 350x motor bolts right in the 250x frame.Does anybody know if this is true.I used to own a 1987 warrior and always thought that was a nice all around quad. How well will the 350x motor compare, a couple guys I ride with run warriors. Thanks for any info

Re: polcat

i saw a something about that somewhee but i have no idea where...i think it does bolt right in but the gas tank has to be raised because the engine is taller i am not sure of that though...the 350x was fast you should beat a warrior with it...good luck man

Re: polcat

I have also heared the 350x is a bolt in engine switch for the 250x quads. I have never rode a 350x but i hear they are great bikes, and are pretty fast. the only bad thing I have heared about them is that they are sometimes hard to start. If I had the chance I would do the switch, it sounds like it would make a great trail bike.
