Fair Price on a Banshee?

hey guys, found a nice Banshee that is for sale near me, just wondering if this is a fair price. its a '93 model white fenders with a blue seat, the motor has been rebuilt by Trinity Racing with Stage IV stamped outside the engine, it has an amplink installed, has got ITP Holeshot front and rear tires on factory rims, with an extra set of GBC Mudshark's on aluminum rears, and it has the 2 into 1 pipe on it and some kind of aftermarket silencer but i cant figure out what kind. it runs good, started on the first kick. he is asking $3200. fair price or to much or to cheap? thanks.
