wheels

what is the difference between a bead lock wheel and one with re enforcing rings?? and how do bead locks work?? do those little screw things screw into the tire? please enlighten me on the subject...

sorry warrior..i cant help ya on that one. i am not really sure how they work, but i dont think they screw into the tire. i could be wrong though...it has happened in the past :-)

Bead lock tires are built to hold the bead in place and the lip on the rim is different...

The reinforced rings are not beadlocks but just reinforcement rings to make the wheel stronger when being abused hard.

They do not screw into the tire, the tire is mounted normally and is just held in by a differently designed bead on the rim...
