To make my top speed higher would I increase the rear tire size or decrease it.

Increase. If your tire is bigger around, that means it travels more distance everytime it rotates. 1 or 2 inches might make it go 3 or 4 mph faster(mabye) So go for a tire quite a bite bigger around than what you have now, but remember, it takes more power to turn a big wheel in a circle than a smaller one, so you are not going to get breath taking exceleration with a bigger tire.

if you want a 4 wheeler to go faster you are going to modify other things not just the tire size...if you are trying to do something specific tell us and we can give you the RIGHT way to do it, not a hoky fix....

sprocket size will make a big difference, tire size will not make THAT much of a change...

asperation is the key to going fast, NOT TIRES,tell us what you have for a bike ,and whats been done to it (as far as mobs.) If any , and we can tell you what your options are
